MOVE OVER, MRS. MARKHAM

DIRECTOR: Brent A. Stringfield
ASST. DIRECTOR: LaBeth Thompson
PRODUCERS: Joel & Sherrie Colbourn

By Ray Cooney and John Chapman. When Philip and Joanna Markham make plans to attend a dinner party while their flat is being worked on, mayhem ensues. The interior designer, Alistair Spenlow, makes plans to work late to hook up with Sylvie, the au pair, who is supposed to be out on her night off. Linda Lodge, Joanna's good friend, has begged Joanna to let her have the flat for a couple of hours for an assignation with Walter. Henry Lodge, Linda's husband and Philip's business partner in a publishing firm has bullied Philip into agreeing to allow Henry to use the flat to meet up with a telephone operator by the name of Miss Wilkinson. Needless to say, all parties meet up with hilarious results brought to a near disastrous conclusion when Olive Harriet Smythe, famous author of the Bow-Wow children's books shows up wanting to sign a contract with Lodge and Markham because her prior publisher has published books "with too much sex;" "Downright pornographic," according to Ms. Smythe. She only wants to work with an upright publishing house of children's books. This will mean millions of pounds for the firm. Thus everyone is forced to pretend they are someone they are not except Mrs. Markham. Who in the end saves the day and wins the man of her dreams - her husband.
